Event Logistics:

Sole Power has all of your event logistic needs. With in house experts in tech, design, audio/visual, graphics, security, entertainment and staffing, the Sole Power team can make sure your event runs as well in actuality as it did in the board room meeting. This includes scheduling, staff coordination, on site management, stage production and event scripting.

Event Staffing:

Event staffing includes not only the recognizable event elements such as live music, DJ’s, performers and coordinators; but also, hosts, models, greeters, security, valet staff, valet management and service staff.

With a background in entertainment, Sole Power has an interesting and unique approach to event staffing. By using trained actors, dancers, singers, models and improv artists, we have the ability to turn your ordinary event staff into creative entertainment pieces that your guests and party goers will remember.

Fundraising Events:

Showtime

Showtime is a one of a kind special events trade show. Where many trade shows are boring and dull, this show focuses on what an event should be… energetic, stylish, interactive and a party!

Created by Sole Power president Abby Tobias, along with three other special-event heavyweights, the Showtime expo happens twice a year in Toronto and caters to over 2000 attendees and 170 vendors annually.

Vendors include the city’s best in catering, videography, décor, event planning, entertainment, floral, photography, invitations, event wear and a variety of other event specialists.
